Return and Refunds
30-Day Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy only. From the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to request an exchange for a different size or receive store credit toward a future purchase of a different item.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Unworn, unused, with original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchange & Credit Process
- All requests must be submitted and approved before sending any item back
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- After inspection, you may:Exchange for a different size (subject to availability), orReceive store credit to be used on a future purchase
Any price difference will be handled via additional payment or remaining store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request.
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, we offer a 14-day exchange or store credit period from the date of delivery.
Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds are not provided, including under the EU cooling-off period.
